Connect your assistant

Add GBPly as a custom connector at https://mcp.gbply.net/v1, sign in to GBPly and approve the connection. No API key needed.

Ask in plain language

Ask for insights, review summaries, ranking results or post ideas. The assistant only sees the workspaces and profiles you can see.

Approve what changes

Publishing, editing, deleting and paid scans arrive as requests in GBPly. You approve or reject each one within 15 minutes.

AI Help Without Losing Control

The assistant works as you, with your permissions. GBPly's normal rules and checks still apply to everything it asks for.

Read your data

Profiles, performance insights, monthly search terms, reviews, posts, photos, FAQs, Profile Guard changes, rank scans, citation scans, analysis reports and credit balances.

Draft without changing anything

Draft review replies and FAQs, and preview the cost of a rank scan. Drafts and previews never change Google or spend credits.

Approval requests

Replying to reviews, creating, editing or deleting posts, profile edits, Profile Guard decisions, publishing FAQs and paid scans all become requests you approve on the Assistant requests page.

Single-use, time-limited

Each request can be used once and expires after 15 minutes. Your role and access are checked again at the moment you approve.

Always allow, with limits

Optionally let a trusted assistant publish or run paid scans without asking, with a per-request and daily credit cap. Profile edits and deletions always need your approval.

Workspace owner switches

Owners can switch AI connectors off for the whole workspace, or stop members using Always allow. Workspaces that require two-factor sign-in keep that requirement.

Activity and connection health

See every request, what happened to it, and which assistants are connected. GBPly flags an assistant that needs reconnecting.

Same checks as the dashboard

Post policy checks, the daily post limit, plan limits and credit balances apply exactly as they do when you work in GBPly yourself.

Can I use GBPly with ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Add GBPly as a custom connector at https://mcp.gbply.net/v1 in any assistant that supports MCP connectors, sign in to GBPly and approve the connection.

Can the AI change my Google Business Profile without asking?

Not by default. Anything that publishes, changes Google, deletes or spends credits becomes a request you approve in GBPly. You can choose Always allow for publishing or paid scans with credit caps, but profile edits and deletions always need approval.

What can the assistant see?

Only the workspaces and profiles you can access, with your own permissions. It can read profiles, insights, search terms, reviews, posts, photos, FAQs, Profile Guard changes, rank and citation scans, analysis reports and credit balances.

How long do I have to approve a request?
