GBPly - Google Business Profile management software
    Social Media Posting

Share Your Google Posts and Photos to Social Media

Keep your social pages as active as your Google profile without a second tool. Tick Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, Bluesky and Pinterest when you create a post, generate AI posts or schedule photos, and GBPly shares each one there as soon as Google publishes it.

    How It Works

    1

    Connect your accounts

On the Posts or Images page, click Connect next to a network and sign in on that network's own page. Each connection belongs to one business profile.

    2

    Tick the networks

Choose where each post or batch of photos should also go, just above Publish or Upload & Schedule. Networks you haven't connected are shown greyed out.

    3

    Google first, then social

Each post or photo publishes to Google after the usual content policy check. Once Google accepts it, it goes to every network you ticked, and the post shows sent, skipped or failed, with a Retry button.

One Workflow for Google and Social

Built into the posting and photo tools you already use, so there is nothing new to learn.

    Seven networks

Facebook Pages, Instagram business or creator accounts, LinkedIn company pages, Threads, TikTok, Bluesky and Pinterest.

    Works with AI posts

Tick networks in the AI Content Wizard or on an automated post schedule, and every generated post carries them through to social.

    Photos too

Photos you schedule for Google can go to your social pages as they publish, with the photo's description as the caption.

Connect once, use for several locations

One Facebook Page for three locations? Connect it on one profile, then click Use existing on the others in the same workspace.

    Clients connect their own pages

On Agency plans, add a Social Media Accounts section to the white-label client portal so clients can connect their own pages without sharing passwords.

    Results on every post

Sent, skipped or failed for each network, shown on the post itself with the reason. Temporary problems are retried automatically.

    Google stays the gate

Nothing goes to social until the post has passed the content policy check and Google has published it, so your followers never see a post Google refused.

    No passwords kept

You sign in on each network's own page. GBPly keeps only a reference to the connected account, never your social media passwords.

    Captions that fit each network

Each network gets the post text trimmed to its own length limit at a word break, with your link added where the network makes links clickable. Pinterest pins get a short title too.

    Who It's For

    Business owners

Stay active on social without writing everything twice. The posts and photos you put on Google reach your followers too.

    Agencies

Add social posting to every client from the same schedule and approvals, and let clients connect their own pages from their portal.

    Good to Know

Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest need a photo or video, so text-only posts skip those networks
Every social share starts as a Google post or photo; GBPly doesn't create social-only posts
Captions are shortened to fit each network's limit, and links are added where the network makes them clickable
GBPly publishes to social networks; it doesn't reply to comments or messages there or report social analytics
Each network's own sign-in screen names the connection service GBPly uses, rather than your brand
Available on every paid plan at 1 credit per post, per network (Google posting stays included); the client portal section needs an Agency plan

    Frequently Asked Questions

Which social networks can GBPly post to?
Facebook (Pages), Instagram (business or creator accounts), LinkedIn (company pages), Threads, TikTok, Bluesky and Pinterest.
    Does social posting cost extra?
Posting to your Google Business Profile is included in your plan. Each share to a social network costs 1 credit, so a post sent to Facebook and Instagram uses 2 credits. Networks that fail are refunded automatically, and if you run out of credits the share is skipped until you top up.
When does a post go out on social media?
As soon as Google publishes it. Scheduled posts and photos are shared when they go live on their scheduled date, not before, and nothing is shared if Google doesn't publish the post.
Can several locations share one Facebook Page?
Yes. Connect the page on one business profile, then click Use existing on the other profiles in the same workspace. A connection is only shared between profiles when you choose to share it.
Can my clients connect their own social accounts?
Yes, on Agency plans. Switch on the Social Media Accounts section in the client portal settings, and clients can connect or disconnect their own pages from a portal that carries your branding and no mention of GBPly.
What happens if a share fails?
The post shows which network failed and why. Temporary problems are retried automatically, and you can retry from the post once you've fixed anything on your side, such as reconnecting an account.
Will text-only posts appear on Instagram?
No. Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest only accept posts with a photo or video, so text-only posts are skipped on those networks and still go to the others you ticked.
Does GBPly store my social media passwords?
No. You sign in on each network's own page, and GBPly keeps only a reference to the connected account. Bluesky asks for an app password, which is used once to connect and isn't stored by GBPly.
