Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and any unused time is automatically prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are securely processed by Paddle. Paddle supports major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods depending on your country. We never store your card details.
When does my 14-day money-back guarantee start?
Your 14-day money-back guarantee runs from the date your first payment is taken — for a subscription, that's the first subscription payment, not the date you signed up. So if your plan includes a free trial, the trial period doesn't use up your guarantee: a fresh 14 calendar days begin when the trial ends and your first payment is charged. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record — see the Paddle Refund Policy for the full terms, including additional statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland and the UK.
Do my Rank Tracker and Industry Analysis credits reset each month?
Yes. Every month, each profile included in your plan gets 10 Rank Tracker credits and 5 Industry & Competitor Analysis credits — so a 1-profile plan gets 10 and 5, and a 10-profile plan gets 100 and 50. One Rank Tracker credit runs a full map grid scan for one keyword, and one Analysis credit runs one report. If you need more than your monthly allowance, top-up packs can be bought in the app at any time. Everything else in your plan works without credits.
Will I receive invoices or receipts?
Yes. Paddle automatically emails invoices and receipts for every payment. You can also download them from Paddle's customer portal for your records or accounting.
Is this safe and compliant with Google?
Yes. We use secure OAuth connections to Google Business Profile and follow Google's official APIs and guidelines. We never request passwords or use unsafe automation techniques.
What level of access do you need to my Google Business Profile?
You must have manager or owner access to the Google Business Profile you want to connect. Access is granted via Google OAuth and can be revoked at any time directly from your Google account.
How quickly will I see results?
Improvements to completeness, content freshness, and review activity are reflected immediately, and you can see the work in your dashboard from day one. Google does not publish how it weights profile signals or when changes affect visibility, so we don't promise a ranking outcome or a timeframe — we make sure the profile does what Google's own guidance recommends.
Can I use this for client work or resell it as a service?
Yes. Many agencies use GBPly to manage client profiles at scale. You can charge your clients separately for GBP optimization services while using our platform to handle execution.
What happens if I exceed my profile limit?
If you reach your plan limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade before adding more profiles. No existing data or connections are interrupted.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days unless you request immediate deletion.
Do you offer support or onboarding?
Yes. All plans include email support, with priority support for Business x10 and Agency customers. Agency plans also include optional onboarding and a dedicated account manager.
