Posts
Go to Posts →Create, schedule, and manage Google Business Profile posts. Posts keep your profile active and help you appear in local search results. Use AI-powered content generation or craft posts manually.
Creating a Post
Click 'Create Post' to open the post creation form. Choose your post type — Update, Event, or Offer.
Write your post content, optionally add a call-to-action button (e.g. 'Learn More', 'Call Now', 'Book'), and attach an image.
Event posts require a title, start date, and end date. Offer posts support coupon codes, redemption URLs, and terms & conditions.
AI Content Generation
The AI Content Wizard can generate a full content plan for your business. Specify the number of posts, date range, and content themes.
Generated posts are saved as drafts that you can review, edit, and approve before scheduling.
The AI uses your business description, website summary, and category information to create relevant, engaging content.
Always review AI-generated content before publishing. The AI provides a strong foundation, but your local expertise makes the content authentic.
Bulk Import via CSV
Import dozens of posts at once using a CSV file. Download the template, fill in your content, and upload.
The CSV supports all post types, scheduling dates, CTA buttons, and media URLs.
Scheduling Posts
Set a future date and time to automatically publish your post. Scheduled posts appear in the calendar view.
You can edit or cancel scheduled posts at any time before their publish time.
Recurring Events & Offers
When scheduling an Event or Offer post, toggle Repeat this event/offer to create a recurring series. Choose a weekly or monthly cadence, an interval (every 1, 2, 3… weeks/months), and an end date.
We'll generate one scheduled post per occurrence (capped at 26) and shift the event start/end dates to match each instance. Each post is published independently to Google on its scheduled date because Google's API has no native recurrence — meaning you can edit or cancel any individual occurrence without affecting the rest of the series.
Recurring posts carry a 'Recurring series' or 'Recurring (instance)' badge so you can identify them at a glance in the Posts list.
Calendar View
The calendar shows all your scheduled and published posts on a monthly view. This helps you plan content and ensure consistent posting.
Click on any date to see posts scheduled for that day.
Post Performance
After a post is published, you can track its views and clicks from the Posts page.
Performance data is synced from Google and helps you understand which types of content resonate with your audience.
