    Lead Finder

    Go to Lead Finder →

Lead Finder is the agency prospecting tool. Search any location and category on Google Maps, surface businesses whose profiles are poorly optimised, generate audit reports to open a conversation, and track each prospect through your pipeline. It's available on Enterprise and Enterprise Pro plans — Business plans see Competition Analysis instead.

    Finding Leads

Enter a search query (e.g. 'dentist in Manchester') and the tool returns the businesses Google Maps shows for it, each with name, rating, review count, address, phone number, and an Opportunity Score.

Each search costs one Analysis credit.

    Opportunity Score

The Opportunity Score rates how much room for improvement a profile has, relative to the other businesses in the same search. A high score means a badly set-up profile — in other words, a strong prospect.

It's the inverse of how a business owner would read the same data, and it's deliberately framed for outreach: the weakest profiles rise to the top of your list.

    Opportunity Filters

Quick filters narrow a result set to the most obvious openings: no website, no phone number, rating under 4.0, fewer than 25 reviews, or no opening hours set.

Stack filters to build a tight call list — for example, businesses with no website and under 25 reviews.

    Generating a Report

Select a business and click 'Generate Report' to produce a full audit of their profile: completeness, review analysis, competitor comparison, and specific recommendations.

Each report costs one Analysis credit. Reports include an agency pitch section you can put in front of the prospect as-is.

Generated reports are kept under 'Prospects'.

    Pipeline Management

Move each prospect through a status — New Lead, Contacted, Proposal Sent, Won, or Lost — and add notes to record what was said and when.

This keeps your prospecting, the evidence behind it, and the follow-up all in one place.

    Outreach Drafts

Generate a draft outreach email for any prospect, built from the actual findings in their audit report.

Treat it as a starting point — a line or two of genuine local detail makes a significant difference to reply rates.

    CSV Export

Export any result set to CSV to work the list in a spreadsheet, import it into a CRM, or hand it to a sales team.

    Search History

Every search is kept in Search History, so you can reopen a previous result set without spending another credit.

    Credits

Searches and reports both consume Analysis credits. Purchase credit packs from the Billing page.

Credits are workspace-specific — they belong to the workspace, not your personal account.

    Sharing & Presenting Reports

Share a report with a prospect via a public link — no account needed to view it.

Any report can also be presented as a slideshow, which is ideal for pitch calls and sales meetings.
