Manage Business Profiles
Go to Manage Business Profiles →The Manage Business Profiles page is where you connect, view, and organise the Google Business Profiles in your workspace. Access it by clicking the profile switcher at the top of the sidebar and selecting 'Manage Profiles'.
Subscription & Profile Limits
The page displays your current plan and how many profile slots you've used out of your total allowance.
If you've reached your limit, you'll need to upgrade your plan or increase your subscription quantity before connecting more profiles.
Connecting a Google Account
Click 'Connect Google Account' or 'Add Another Google Account' to link a Google account via OAuth. You must grant the 'manage Business Profiles' permission during the consent screen.
If the required permission wasn't granted, a warning banner appears next to the account with a 'Reconnect Account' option to re-authorise with the correct scope.
You can connect multiple Google accounts — useful if your business profiles are spread across different Google accounts. Manage your connected accounts from the Account page.
Importing a Business Profile
Available profiles appear under 'Available to Connect', grouped by Google account with colour-coded badges so you can tell which account each profile belongs to.
Use the search bar to filter profiles by name, address, or description. Click 'Connect' next to a profile to import it into your workspace.
All associated data — posts, reviews, insights, and media — is synced automatically when a profile is connected.
Connected Profiles
Already-connected profiles appear in a collapsible 'Connected Profiles' section showing the business name, address, phone number, and website.
You can expand this section to review which profiles are currently active in your workspace.
Moving a Profile Between Workspaces
Workspace admins can move a connected profile to another workspace they own or administer. All associated data (posts, reviews, insights, media) moves with it.
The Google account connection continues working after the move — you don't need to re-authorise.
Removing a Profile
Click 'Remove' on a connected profile to disconnect it from the workspace. This removes it from your dashboard but does not delete the profile from Google.
Removing a profile frees up a profile slot in your subscription allowance.
Workspace Roles & Permissions
Only workspace admins can add, remove, or move profiles. Editors and viewers see a read-only view of connected profiles.
The '(switch workspace)' link at the top lets you manage profiles for a different workspace if you belong to more than one. Learn more in the Workspaces guide.
Troubleshooting
'No Business Profiles Found' means the connected Google account doesn't have any profiles in Google Business Profile Manager. Check that you're signed in with the correct account.
'Can't see your profile?' — try connecting a different Google account. Your profile may be managed under a different Google account than you expected.
Permission issues can usually be resolved by clicking 'Reconnect Account' and granting the Business Profile management scope during the OAuth consent screen.
