Dashboard Overview
Go to Dashboard Overview →The Dashboard is your command centre. It provides a high-level snapshot of your selected business profile's performance, completeness, and upcoming activity.
KPI Cards
At the top of the dashboard you'll see four key performance indicators — Profile Views, Phone Calls, Direction Requests and Website Clicks.
Reviews are summarised separately in the Reviews Summary card, which shows the total review count, the average rating and how many reviews are still waiting for a reply.
These figures are pulled from the Google Business Profile insights and update each time data is synced.
Alerts and Warnings
Notices appear above the dashboard content when something needs attention:
• A profile limit banner if the workspace has more profiles connected than the subscription allows, along with a warning if profiles are due to be deactivated.
• A verification warning on the completeness card if Google hasn't verified the profile, since an unverified profile won't show in Maps results.
• A Profile Guard alert if Google or a third party changed the profile since the last sync.
Completeness Score
The completeness score shows how well-optimised the profile is. It's calculated based on whether key fields are filled in — business hours, description, photos, categories, and more.
Click the score to jump to the GBP Expert page where you can see exactly which fields need attention.
