Workspace Settings
Go to Workspace Settings →Workspace Settings lets you configure security, branding, email delivery, and SMS providers for the current workspace. These settings apply to all profiles within the workspace. Branding and the custom email and SMS connectors are available on Enterprise and Enterprise Pro plans.
Security — Requiring Two-Factor Authentication
Workspace owners can require two-factor authentication for everyone with access to the workspace. Turn on 'Require two-factor authentication' in the Security card and every member must use an authenticator app before they can view or change anything here.
The switch stays disabled until you have 2FA turned on for your own account — this makes it impossible to lock yourself out of a workspace you own.
Once the requirement is on, the card tells you how many members still need to set 2FA up. Those members see a full-page prompt to enrol the next time they open the workspace, and can switch to another workspace in the meantime.
The requirement is enforced on our servers, not just in the interface, so workspace data stays unreachable until enrolment is complete.
Only workspace owners see the Security switch. While the requirement is active you can't turn 2FA off on your own account until you lift it here first.
If a member loses their authenticator device, contact support — staff can remove the device from their account so they can enrol again.
Branding
Set your agency or company branding for the workspace. Configure your agency name, logo, website, primary brand colour and footer text.
Branding settings are used in client portals, report sharing, and review request emails sent from this workspace.
Individual client portals inherit these workspace values unless you override them for a specific profile.
Because branding exists to white-label client-facing surfaces, it's available on the Enterprise and Enterprise Pro plans alongside the client portal.
Email Connectors
Configure a custom email provider to send review request emails from your own domain. Supported providers include SMTP, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Postmark, and Brevo.
Connect via OAuth (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) or enter API credentials directly. You can add several connectors, mark one as default, test it, and deactivate any you're not using.
When no custom connector is configured, emails are sent via the platform's default sender.
Custom email connectors are an Enterprise and Enterprise Pro feature.
Using your own email domain improves deliverability and brand trust. Clients see emails from your domain, not ours.
SMS Connectors
Configure a custom SMS provider (Twilio, Vonage, Sinch, etc.) to send review request text messages from your own number.
Custom SMS connectors bypass the platform's SMS credit system — you're billed directly by your provider.
Custom SMS connectors are an Enterprise and Enterprise Pro feature. On other plans, text messages are sent using SMS credits bought from the Billing page.
Who Can Change These Settings
The two-factor authentication requirement in the Security card can only be changed by the workspace owner.
Workspace owners and admins can add, edit, test or delete connectors and change branding. Editors and viewers see the settings read-only.
