GBPly - Google Business Profile management software

    Billing & Subscriptions

Go to Billing & Subscriptions →

The Billing page manages your subscriptions, credit balances, and payment history. Subscriptions are attached at the workspace level — each workspace needs its own subscription, and your plan choice depends on how many profiles you need to manage.

    Choosing a Subscription

Subscriptions come in four tiers, each designed for different use cases:

Business — Ideal for single-location businesses. Covers one Google Business Profile per unit.

Business x10 — Cost-effective for multi-location businesses. Each unit includes up to 10 profile slots, and adds Bulk Management for comparing and updating fields across locations.

Agency — Built for agencies. One profile slot per unit, plus the full agency toolkit: white-label client portals and their automations, Lead Finder, custom email and SMS connectors, and removal of GBPly branding from the review widget.

Agency x10 — The same agency toolkit as Agency, with 10 profile slots per unit for larger client portfolios.

Each unit of a plan grants a set number of profile slots. You can increase the quantity of your plan to add more capacity without changing tiers.

Not sure which plan to choose? Visit the Pricing page to compare plans. Managing profiles for clients, with portals and automations, means Agency or Agency x10; managing your own locations means Business or Business x10.

    Adjusting Subscription Quantity

You can increase the quantity of your subscription to add more profile capacity to your workspace. For example, doubling a Business x10 subscription from 1 to 2 gives you 20 profile slots instead of 10.

Quantity changes are handled through the billing portal. Charges are prorated — you only pay for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

This is the simplest way to scale up without changing your plan tier or creating additional workspaces.

    Assigning Subscriptions to Workspaces

After purchasing a subscription, assign it to one of your owned workspaces. The subscription's features and limits apply to all profiles in that workspace.

New subscriptions purchased from within the app start as 'unassigned' — you'll be prompted to create or choose a workspace for it.

You can reassign a subscription to a different workspace if needed (subject to a grace period).

Switching plans — If you buy a different plan (for example Agency x10 instead of Agency) and assign it to a workspace that already has a plan, we cancel the old plan immediately and put the new one in place in a single step. Your profiles, reviews, credits and settings are untouched and there's no interruption to your service.

    Credit Packs

Three types of credits are available as top-up packs, and all three require an active subscription:

SMS Credits — For sending review request text messages.

Analysis Credits — For searches and audit reports in Competition Analysis and Lead Finder.

Rank Tracker Credits — For running keyword ranking scans (1 credit per scan).

Credits are purchased per-workspace and do not transfer between workspaces.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of 10 Rank Tracker credits and 5 Analysis credits per profile, which packs top up beyond. SMS has no monthly allowance on any plan — SMS credits are available as top-up packs only.

    Transaction History

View a full history of credit purchases, usage, and admin grants for each credit type.

This helps you track spending and plan future credit purchases.

    Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from the Billing page. Changes are prorated — you'll receive credit for unused time on downgrades.

Access your payment portal to update payment methods, view invoices, or manage billing details.

    How to cancel your subscription

For security and account-verification reasons, please manage cancellations through your account billing page.

To cancel your subscription, go to the Billing & Subscriptions page, click the three-dot menu on your subscription card, then select Cancel Subscription.

    Paused Subscriptions and Access Holds

A subscription can be paused so billing stops while access continues until a set date. Until that date passes, the workspace keeps working exactly as before.

The plan card shows the status and any scheduled change — for example when the subscription is due to resume or when it will be cancelled — so you always know what happens next.
