    Help & Support

Go to Help & Support →

The Support page is where you raise anything you need help with — questions, bugs, and ideas for new features — and track the replies. You'll find it under Help & Support at the bottom of the sidebar.

    Support Tickets

Open a support ticket for anything you're stuck on — a profile that won't connect, a subscription question, or a change you'd like us to make on your account.

Replies appear in the ticket thread, and tickets with an unread reply are marked with a dot so you can spot them at a glance. Use the status pills (All, Open, Awaiting, Closed) to filter your list.

When a ticket is resolved you'll be asked to rate how we did — that feedback goes straight to the team.

    Bug Reports

Report a bug from the Bug Reports tab. Describe what you expected to happen and what actually happened, and include the profile involved if it's specific to one.

Bug reports are tracked separately from support tickets so they can be routed to the engineering team directly.

The more specific the report, the faster the fix. Screenshots and the exact page you were on both help.

    Feature Requests

Submit a feature request with a title, a description, and the use case behind it. The use case matters most — knowing what you're trying to achieve often leads to a better solution than the one originally asked for.

Requests are reviewed as part of the roadmap and you'll be notified on the thread when there's news.

    AI Assistant

The AI assistant on the Support page can answer most questions about using the app immediately, drawing on this guide and our knowledge base.

If it can't help, you can escalate straight to a human ticket without retyping anything.

    User Guide

The Support page links back to this user guide, which covers every feature in detail. It's often the quickest route to an answer.

The Granting Access to Your Google Business Profile section can be downloaded as an unbranded PDF, so agencies can send it to clients as-is.
