Bulk Management
Go to Bulk Management →Bulk Management lets you compare and update profile fields across multiple business profiles simultaneously. This is a Pro/Enterprise feature designed for agencies and multi-location businesses.
Comparing Profiles
Select the field you want to compare (e.g. business hours, description, categories) and all profiles in your workspace are displayed side by side.
Differences are highlighted so you can quickly spot inconsistencies across locations.
Bulk Push
Choose a value and push it to multiple profiles at once. For example, you can set the same business hours across all your locations with a single action.
A confirmation dialog shows exactly which profiles will be updated before you commit the change.
Use Bulk Push carefully — changes are applied directly to Google and cannot be easily undone.
Caution Fields
Some fields are flagged with a caution indicator because changing them can impact your profile's visibility or verification status.
Business name and address changes, for example, may trigger a re-verification process with Google.
