Bulk Management
Go to Bulk Management →Bulk Management gives you a workspace-wide view of your profiles and lets you copy profile fields from one profile to many at once. This is a Business x10/Agency feature designed for agencies and multi-location businesses.
Workspace Overview
The first tab summarises the workspace — headline stats plus a table of every connected profile showing its completeness score and when it was last synced.
Each row has a Switch action so you can make that profile the active one and work on it directly.
Reviews Across Locations
This tab gathers reviews from every profile in the workspace in one list, so you can see rating and reply activity across all locations without switching profiles.
Bulk Update Profiles
Pick a source profile — the profile whose values you want to copy. Its current values for each supported field are shown so you can check them before copying anything.
Tick the fields you want to copy, tick the profiles that should receive them, then choose Push to Profiles.
A confirmation dialog lists exactly which fields and which profiles will be updated before anything is sent to Google.
Use Bulk Push carefully — changes are applied directly to Google and cannot be easily undone.
Caution Fields
Some fields are flagged with a caution indicator because changing them can impact your profile's visibility or verification status.
Business name and address changes, for example, may trigger a re-verification process with Google.
