The Reviews section is your hub for monitoring, responding to, and requesting Google reviews. Stay on top of your online reputation with AI-powered response suggestions and multi-channel review request tools.

    Review Overview & Stats

The top of the page shows the total review count, average rating, and a breakdown of ratings by star count.

Review trends help you understand whether the profile's reputation is improving over time.

    Get More Reviews Playbook

The Get More Reviews button in the Get Reviews card opens a guided playbook that walks through every practical way to earn more reviews — sharing the review link, putting the QR code and flyer in front of customers, embedding the website widget, and sending email or SMS requests.

Progress through the playbook is saved against the profile and shared with the client portal, so anything a client ticks off in their portal shows as complete here too, and vice versa.

    Sharing the Review Link

The share menu next to the review link lets you copy it or send it straight out via WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn or X.

The link points directly at the Google review form for the profile, so customers can leave a review in a couple of taps.

    Browsing & Filtering Reviews

All your Google reviews are listed with the reviewer's name, rating, date, and comment text.

Use the filters to show only reviews that need a reply, filter by star rating, or search for specific keywords.

    Replying to Reviews

Click on any review to open the reply panel. Type your response and submit — it will be posted directly to Google.

Prompt, thoughtful replies to reviews (both positive and negative) signal to potential customers that you care about feedback.

    AI Response Suggestions

For each review, you can generate AI-powered reply suggestions. The AI considers the review content, rating, and your business context to craft an appropriate response.

Suggestions are starting points — always review and personalise them before posting.

AI-generated responses are designed as inspiration. Google's policies require that responses accurately represent your business.

    Reply Moderation Status

Since Google began moderating responses in April 2026, every reply you submit is checked before it appears publicly. Each review card shows the current state: Published (live on Google), Pending Google review (waiting on Google's automated check), or Blocked by Google (rejected — usually for promotional links, exclamation marks, contact details, or quoting the reviewer's name).

If a reply is blocked, click Rewrite & resend on the review card. The AI suggester is tuned to avoid the most common rejection triggers automatically.

Filter the Reviews page by 'Pending Google review' or 'Blocked by Google' to quickly find replies that need attention.

    Customer Review Photos

When a customer attaches photos to their review, those images are now ingested automatically and shown as thumbnails on the review card. Click any thumbnail to view it full-size.

Photo-rich reviews are weighted more heavily by Google's AI summarisation, so encouraging customers to add a picture helps both your visibility and your trust signals.

    Requesting Reviews via Email

Send review request emails directly from the app. Enter the customer's email address, customise the message if needed, and send.

Email sending can be routed through your own domain using an email connector in Workspace Settings.

Requests can also be scheduled for a specific date and time. The Get Reviews card shows a count of scheduled requests still waiting to go out, and you can cancel any of them before they send.

    Requesting Reviews via SMS

Send review requests via text message. Enter the customer's phone number and send a pre-formatted SMS with your review link.

SMS requires credits, which can be purchased from the Billing page. Custom SMS providers can be configured in Workspace Settings.

    QR Code & Flyer

Generate a QR code that links directly to your Google review page. Download it for use in print materials, receipts, or in-store signage.

The Review Flyer feature creates a printable flyer with your QR code, business name, and a call-to-action encouraging customers to leave a review.

    Review Widget

Embed a review widget on a website to showcase the profile's latest Google reviews. Configure the widget's appearance, number of reviews shown, and minimum star rating, then copy the embed code into the site's HTML.

Each widget has an Enabled / Disabled toggle in the configurator. While a widget is disabled it stops displaying reviews and shows a red warning in its place, so make sure it's enabled before you hand the embed code over.

Removing the small GBPly attribution from the widget is available on Enterprise and Enterprise Pro plans.

    Review Request API

Automate review requests by integrating with the API. This allows a CRM, booking system, or other tools to trigger review requests automatically.

API keys are managed from the Reviews page. Each request is authenticated with a SHA-256 key for security.

API-triggered emails and texts draw on the same email and SMS allowance as requests sent by hand, unless you've configured your own email or SMS connector in Workspace Settings.
